Administration mode

Give 3 mL per 100 kg (≃ 15 to 20 mL/d) outside of meals directly into the mouth using a syringe after shaking the bottle (the doses can be doubled). Start 24 to 48 hours before the event and continue during the competition. For the race: start 5 days before and be sure to respect the racing code for stopping
